CT Consulting provides custom training programs, workshops, seminars and coaching for individuals, businesses, government and non-profit organizations. Our main focus is every individuals’ and organizations’ greatest asset YOU! We are passionate about helping individuals and organizations in cultivating their highest human and business potential.
CT Consulting was created in 2017 by a husband and wife team whose mission was to build spiritual, physical and mental health in themselves and in their community and to cultivate family and connection with the values of Love, Respect, Appreciation, Integrity, Self-Expression and Freedom. Combined they have over 40 years of knowledge, skills and experience covering business, government and non for profit. After being together for 20 years they understood the challenges that come with Family, Relationships, Finances, Career and Business, Health, Spirituality and began working together to create something that would bring value to the world.

Lucy is currently a Transformational Leader/Owner of CT Consulting, Instructor with Sheridan College teaching HR subjects and a Supervisor, leading a team that specializes in Addiction and Mental Health. She has been in Training and Development with the Region of Peel for over 10 years in both Specialist and Supervisory roles. Her other experience includes work as an employment specialist, women shelter counsellor and independent living community support worker.
Lucy has a degree in both Sociology and Psychology and recently completed a Bachelor of Education and completed her Human Resource Management Certificate and has her CHRL designation. Her other certifications include ASIST Suicide Intervention, SafeTALK, Advanced Training in Conflict Management, Compassion Fatigue, Life Skills, Lean Six Sigma, Facilitation, Certified Change Agent, etc. Her passion is to support and guide people in being the best person possible and living a life they love.

Claude Rodrigues is a Transformational Leader at CT Consulting specializing in the area of personal and business development. Coming from a poor and struggling family background at the age of 18 read his first self-help book which put him on his path of self-study and becoming a lifelong learner. He later studied at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University in Toronto entering as a mature student. He worked for 7 years as part of a private elementary school administration team growing enrollment from 100 to over 700 students. He now works with individuals and groups to find their purpose and achieve it. He believes that through a greater understanding of ourselves and others we can strive for new heights together. He is interested in the brain and how it works to shape our everyday lives which led him to the creation of his current project Life Design, 3 easy steps to designing your own life.
