Being able to manage conflict is the key to personal and professional growth. This session will explore the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI). An assessment is completed to measure an individual’s response to conflict situations. Conflict is a natural part of our interaction with others and with the correct guidance can be managed through effective communication skills gained in this class.
Intro to Change Management for Leaders
Change Management is a journey and in this session you will learn the skills and gain the confidence to manage change in yourself and others. The session will focus on how to prepare for leading and managing the change. Several strategies for successful change will be discussed including (priority management, highest values, delegation, and SWOT). Lastly, you will learn how to implement successful change and onboarding staff successfully.
